Growing up between Europe, Asia, and Africa, she cultivated an interest in rhythm and sound both linguistically and musically. After starting out as a vocalist in rock bands, she fell in love with dance music. As a DJ, her sound was conceived in Cairo, shaped in London and refined in Berlin. Drawing on a diverse range of influences, she likes to blend genres to paint a polychromatic, textured listening experience. This mix, recorded in November 2020, proved to be a healthy channel for her lockdown-induced angst.
