There’s a heavy midwinter storm full of bass blasting through the Rhythmic Culture podcast this week, as St. Petersburg-residing DJ, producer and sound designer A.Fruit is bringing the goods to the platter.
The founder of the GET HIGH ON BASS blog and parties found her 160 bpm-focused sound somewhere in between her longtime loves of drum n bass, jungle, hip-hop, and especially footwork. Appearing on labels such as Med School, Teklife and Hyperboloid and releasing three EP’s and over 30 original tracks and remixes on compilations worldwide since 2015, Anna have been one of the most exciting producers around.
In her mix she’s taking us on a mind bending ride that is all over the place, but has one thing in common; it’s filthy, murky and something that will live its mark.
